Stabilized a legacy Next.js application, taking production errors from more than 2,000 a day to about 10, and cut deploy time from 17 minutes to 2. Helped define the architecture of new applications on React, strict TypeScript, Zustand, Vite, and Turborepo. Led technical discovery for architecture decisions and brought Claude Code into the team's workflow for research, debugging, and code review.

Led the move of the internet banking platform from Ruby on Rails to Next.js, React, and TypeScript. Built the design system in React, Styled Components, and Storybook, which cut development time by 70%. Led a remote team of eight front-end engineers and the front-end technical due diligence before and after the company's acquisition.
